That philosophy led me to my first career choice, teaching. I have a Bachelors Degree in secondary education and Home Economics from Eastern Kentucky University. Moving to Arizona in early 1996, I planned on obtaining a Masters’ Degree, when I discovered my true purpose and calling, metaphysics and the healing arts. It was not too much of a surprise since I had been doing massage on family and friends as far back as I can remember. I remember massaging my mothers feet when she would come home from work—when I was 3 years old! I just never thought of making a career of it. Now I can not imagine doing anything else outside the realm of healing. I have well over 1000 hours of class time and over 12 years hands on experience. As well as, many hours of seminar training and mentors' shared knowledge; the latter of which I am most grateful.

In 1999 I became a certified Hypnotherapist. Training with Merril Stanton as well as David Quigley, founder of The Alchemy Institute of Healing Arts. I studied many amazing techniques which I offer in my practice and incorporate into other treatments to enhance the benefits.

I am so blessed and extremely grateful every moment being able to have the vocation I have. I often wonder still what I am going to be when I grow up. Then, I feel really lucky knowing I am doing what I want to do. That is when I take another class or seminar, or read another book to learn more and to make it seem more like "work".
